Michele Ann Haber, MD, MS, MPH
Dr. Michele Haber, the principal of Geriatrics Consulting Services, is a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine specialist with extensive experience in geriatric evaluation, medical education, medical management, and clinical practice. She has practiced in geriatric assessment centers, nursing homes, subacute units, specialized dementia units, adult day health care, home care, outpatient care, and hospitals.
Most recently, Dr. Haber was Medical Director of both the Transitional Care Unit and the Geriatric Outpatient Clinic at the Sticht Center of Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. She subsequently served as an Adjunct Associate Professor in Public Health Education and Gerontology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
