Dr. Michele Haber, the principal of Geriatrics Consulting Services, has been Board Certified in Internal Mediciane and Geriatrics and has experience in geriatric evaluation, medical education, medical management, and clinical practice. Dr. Haber has practiced in hospitals, outpatient clinics, home care, adult day health, skilled nursing and other long term care settings including memory care, and geriatric assessment. Prior to starting Geriatrics Consulting Services, Dr. Haber was Medical Director of the Transitional Care Unit and Geriatric Outpatient Clinic at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist J. Paul Sticht Center on Aging and Rehabilitation. While in private practice, she also served as Adjunct Associate Professor in Public Health Education and Gerontology at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
